Audited financial statements
42The Corporation shall, within three months after the end of its fiscal year, submit to the Minister the audited financial statements of the Corporation for that fiscal year, and the Minister shall, within ten days after receiving the financial statements, table the financial statements in the Legislative Assembly if it is then sitting or, if it is not then sitting, with the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly.
